Supporting patients with asthma and COPD

COORDINARE is urging people aged 60 and older to book their AstraZeneca COVID vaccine appointment as soon as possible. According to Dianne Kitcher, CEO of COORDINARE – South Eastern NSW PHN, supplies of AstraZeneca are readily available through the combined primary health workforce.

South Eastern NSW bushfire recovery stories

Community spirit is vital to the resilience and recovery of towns and villages impacted by natural disasters and to the emotional healing of individual community members. Following the 2019/20 bushfires, COORDINARE invited local organisations in bushfire-affected communities to apply for funding for community projects.
