Preventure is a brief intervention aimed at preventing and reducing adolescent drug and alcohol use in high-risk teenagers. To implement the Preventure program, it is necessary to attend a 2-day training course. Previously only held in Canada, facilitator training is now being held in Australia by the Matilda Centre for Research in Mental Health and Substance Use.

This training is open to teachers and mental health practitioners.

VENUE: The Orana Centre, 2 Rawson Street, Wollongong NSW 2500
