Innovative Partnerships and Commissioning Manager

The Innovative Partnerships and Commissioning Manager will sit within the Strategic Partnerships and Innovation directorate and will support the director to coordinate cross organisation collaboration and codesign on projects that address the emerging needs of our region.

The Innovative Partnerships and Commissioning Manager will also be responsible for the planning and implementation of those projects, liaising closely with other areas of the business to transition to business-as-usual operations when appropriate.

If you would like to do the following:

  • work collaboratively with a diverse and passionate team,
  • focus on innovation and driving system change,
  • base yourself in either Wollongong, Nowra, Fyshwick or Moruya,
  • full time - 38 hours per week, fixed term contract for 3 years.

What skills and experience are required to be successful in this role?

  • Demonstrated experience of implementing complex initiatives across care settings.
  • Sound understanding of health system interfaces and the challenges faced by patients and providers in terms of integration.
  • Experience of working with a range of stakeholders to deliver results under deadlines.
  • Ability to adapt in response to unexpected challenges and problem solve in collaboration with peers.
  • Possess a growth mindset and be willing to drive change across the organisation.
