Natasha Debsieh

Committee Member

Natasha Debsieh is passionate about amplifying the voice of older people, especially people experiencing barriers to age well as being active participants in their community.

Natasha currently leads Age Matters, an initiative of IRT Group supporting vulnerable older people in the Illawarra and Shoalhaven region of NSW. Natasha has sustained initiatives across housing and homelessness, mature workforce participation, social participation of older people and linkage to key services. 

Natasha coordinated Age Friendly Illawarra and holds roles in networks and collaborations related to ageing and homelessness. Natasha is inspired by the immense experience and skill in the community sector that tirelessly works to improve health and social outcomes for our local people.
